Small slide tweaks

• Explain that we aren’t expecting them to have worked with TravisCI—we just go straight into talking about it then an exercise without explaining why we are using it for the boot camp
• We tell them to the fork repo on two different slides
• We should tell them not to fork, but to choose ‘Use this template’ to ensure that later on their Pull Requests are easier to set up
• Need to give a little context around how vehicle tax works
• Add note to share exercise slide link to speaker notes for each exercise
• If .travis.yml is created on GH, need to prompt them to pull their changes down before they can push
• Note that they need to confirm their Travis account by confirming in the email
• Add speaker notes to remote tracking branch exercise to say that you should follow it through with them
• In branching exercise tell them to enable tests for ‘Story 2’ and ‘Story 3’ as they work on them
• In branching exercise mention that they can merge either by GH PR or on the command line (if they know how)
