ABOUT THE PROJECT

Custom Crops is a project that uses blocks to make growable resources often things like tomatoes or other food items, though this can be used to grow any staged garden feature. One could even grow ores if they wanted to.

NOTES

• Different MCreator versions may not be compatible with projects in this example repository.
• Custom Crops for version 2020.5 did not have a proper project file and has since been deleted from the project page due to me not having the existing workspace from that long ago. Newer options are available above.

CHANGES

V7 - 2024.2 / 1.20.6

• Fixed mod namespace which prevented tags from running correctly.
• Tested the project fully and found it to be in working order on this version of MCreator.
• Video is outdated since V5.

V6 - 2023.4 / 1.20.1

• Fixed issue where AIR tag was not working due to MCreator bug in 2023.4.
• Optimized the fertilizer procedures.
• Tested the project to ensure it's working and it was after the changes I made listed above.

V5 - 2023.3 / 1.20.1

• Patch to Basic Crops
• Fixed issue after Mojang removed support in Minecraft 1.19.4 for material block types.
• You will need to make a block tag called "air" for the tag and under the "minecraft" namespace.
• For the minecraft:air tag add the following blocks to the tag (air, cave air, void air).
• The tag will fix the issue caused by the missing material block and should work the same way as the tutorial.

V4 - 2021.3 / 1.17.1

• First release to Basic Crops
• Only works versions below 1.19.4.
• Dependent on the block material condition which was removed by Mojang.

V3 - 2021.3 / 1.16.5

• Patched issues out from version to "V2"
• Only works with version 2021.3.52418 and above.

V2 - 2021.2 / 1.16.5

• This version had issues with string variables which was later fixed in V3.
• Only works between 2021.2 and the version below "2021.3.52418"
