Update ingredients in the description when changing the servings. For example the amount of water in https://koken.maruc.nl/recepten/pappardelle-met-rozenharissa-zwarte-olijven-en-kappertjes.

Maybe surround the ingredient amount in the description with a character like {}to parse them and update them.
