We'd like to orient new users and developers (from an astronomy + Python background) to working with the codebase as quickly and painlessly as possible.
We are trying to accomplish this via a mix of links to useful resources (git and github tutorials, fork + pull request workflows, testing) and advice about how this is specific to the MPoL package.
Is there anything missing from the front-page that would help guide interested parties to the developer documentation?

What's missing from the Developer documentation? Is the ordering of material sensible?
