Markings do not load for my interchange asset.

Describe the bug
I made a highway interchange asset in the asset editor and marked it up, but when I restarted the game all the markings were gone. Even when I try to change any marking on the interchange and save it, it disappears after reloading the game. Sometimes it throws an error when trying to open up the asset editor that says something like "Failed to load markings for 16 intersections when opening the asset editor."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download the asset I created
2. Add any markings to the interchange
3. Save it
4. Reload the game
5. Markings are gone

Expected behavior
The markings not to disappear after saving the asset.
