  1. Added more TextBox ContextMenu configuration 

    -Allow for disabling cut/copy/paste in a TextBox
-Allow for custom context menu items in a TextBox
-Added IsCutCopyPasteInContextMenu property (defaults to true)
-Added ExtraContextMenuItems property (defaults to null)
