I addressed most of the problems/questions I encountered when starting out in the analysis. Since I did not develop that much in the visualization, I could not add much information there. |

Expand developer documentation
Issue: #3276
Description
This expands the "New to this Code" section of the documentation.
That includes general information like style guidelines, common problems when getting started and solutions for those problems, a restructuring into 3 getting started pages (one general, one for analysis/visualization) and a few minor other additions.
