Support for non-GSuite-admins & normal Google drives

There's no reason that Marauder requires gsuite admin, it's only used to create service accounts. We could absolutely support normal accounts and even normal google drives instead of team drives, but we wouldn't be able to get around the 750gb/day limit and 400k team drive file limit.

It might be sort of difficult to have configurations for both, so that would require some planning. Perhaps a config generator of some sort?
