The idea is to allow people to plot on the real Earth with Geodesy.jl. We don't have an axis for 3d at present, but https://github.com/MakieOrg/GeoMakie.jl/blob/master/src/geodesy.jl defines all the necessary conversions, and my tests show that this now works with lines, surface, meshimage (!), and mesh.

Surface doesn't work with these because of some unfortunate bugs :( although mesh seems alright!

They all work now
