Request to add quick search filter on the User's "change group" menu.

Description of feature:

In production, when you are admin of CloudForms, there can be a big number of projects available when you click on :

• your name in the top right
• click on "change group"

It would be nice if in a way or another, there would be a quick filter available (like you start to write a keyword, start to write the name of a project) and the project list is automatically filtered.

the GroupSwitcher now uses a carbon Dropdown, there is a "filterable multiselect" pattern with search in the example, so it can probably be adapted for single select. (Or "combobox" with filtering instead of only preselecting.)

(The Gray 90 theme is what we're using in the menu.)
