The Story-tools test have been failing since this commit: MapStory/story-tools@85726a4

The problem is being caused by a resolution conflict when Travis attempts to install Angular#1.6.3.

This discussions provides a solution: bower/bower#866

"Use --force-latest or add component version to resoltions key in bower.json"
