"It would be good if you could get back to me and Katherine asap regarding the OS data we discussed. You mentioned in an email on Friday that you thought "most of the base layers from OS are available through Edina Digimap" [https://digimap.edina.ac.uk/] This service requires login with institutional Username and Password. Less than half the attendees at the Maphackathon will be attached to academic institutions, so is there a way to get temporary or associate membership?

It would also be good if we could identify layers and datasets in Edina of relevance and upload these to the GitHub dataset repository or to some other file sharing service this week in advance of the Maphackathon event. That way particularly non-academic coders, data scientists and GIS-specialists can get a look at the data."
