Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is:

Transparency is enabled after restarting the application

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn off transparency in Windows settings
  2. Kill dwm,exe process
  3. The application will restart with transparency enabled

OS Version : Windows 10 22H2.19045.3324
Software Version : 2.2.0

What other third-party software do you use:
OldNewExplorer 1.1.9
StartIsBack 2.9.17

Additional context
There may be a similar problem with the mechanism for disabling transparency when saving energy (there is no way to check)
