Cannot uninstall SyncthingTray

From a previous try I have a SyncthingTray instance on a Win10 machine that I want to remove before installing again. I cannot install it, neither with the standard method nor with winget.
Windows Powershell is running as administrator, it reports:

PS C:\Windows\system32> winget uninstall syncthingtray
Gefunden Syncthing Tray [Martchus.syncthingtray]
Paket-Deinstallation wird gestartet...
Das Portable-Paket kann nicht entfernt werden, da es geändert wurde. Um dies außer Kraft zu setzen, verwenden Sie „--force“

Das Portable-Paket wurde geändert. Aufgrund von „--force“ wird fortgefahren

I can't help with winget as I'm neither using nor developing this packaging. Please report any issues on their issue tracker.

I'm also not sure what you mean with "the standard method". Syncthing Tray doesn't come with an installer. At least I don't provide one on this repository or the Syncthing Tray website. That means there's also no "uninstaller". Checkout the according README section for details.

It worked flawlessly on a computer with Win11, on Win10 I needed several tries which lead to the situation I reported.
With "standard method" I mean the regular Win10 workflow with clicking "Uninstall" in the list at Settings - Apps.
Your answer makes me assume that, if there's an entry in that list it was put there by my winget experiments.

Yes, maybe winget put an entry there. It definitely was not any executable of Syncthing Tray you can find on this repository or the Syncthing Tray website. If you think this entry is invalid as you have already deleted all relevant files manually you can just remove it from the registry.
