Use enumerate(x) instead of range(len(x))

There are multiple instances of for loops in pygfunction of the form:

for i in range(len(x)):
    a = x[i]
    [...]

This issue is to refactor for loops to follow a more pythonic approach using enumerate(), for example:

for i, a in enumerate(x):
    [...]
