Intermittent issue where results do not appear in Browse or Search tabs

Description

Intermittently when running mdm-application-build+mdm-plugin-explorer, and mdm-explorer running locally, I've seen an issue where results don't appear in the Browse or Search tabs in Explorer.

When this happens, when checking the network requests in Developer Tools, it shows that the requests to get the DataClasses in Browse and the Search results in Search do occur and the responses from the backend come through OK, but nothing appears in the UI.

Steps to reproduce

Issue is intermittent and unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce it reliably. Can try to show the next time I see this occur.

When it's happened in the past, the UI has been working for a while, then once it happens, no results load in Browse or Search again, but opening a private browsing window and logging in again shows them OK.

Environment

Think I have seen this on recent versions of mdm-explorer and mdm-plugin-explorer within the last ~2 months.

I think I've also seen this on an Explorer instance not running locally, a while longer ago.
