The SDE User Portal needs a project page. A user should only be able to see projects that they are allocated to. I am wondering if this should be the same as the Admin page but limited to only those projects that the user is allowed to see.

If the user has an Organisation membership then they should be able to see all projects that are associated with that Organisation.
If the user has an Department membership then they should be able to see all projects that are associated with that Department.
