Graphics offset up and to right in 480p on dock

I have tested this in multiple resolutions on multiple monitors, in 1080p settings on the dock it is centered but in 480p things are offset to the right and up. doesnt seem to be the screen position itself as even if you adjust screen position the graphics within the screen are offset if that makes sense, Have checked other cores, the graphics are uniformally centered in 1080p and 480p on every one I have tried. Only seems to be an issue with the Amiga core, loading games with Amiga Vision if relevant. Thanks. Hoping to use Amiga core on my 4:3 monitor that I use real amiga on.

can see here in photo stunt car racer, all opponents should be visible, the screen itself is centered but the graphics are offset up and too right.
