I like the ability to rewind the map straight to the chokepoint but there's a chance that you can scrub right in the middle of stream or map may just not have any breaks so you will have to scrub to something that will drain your HP. It's especially annoying when you're practicing maps with high HP drain (for example, HR maps).
Here's my suggestions:
The first one is described in the title: just add invulnerability for 1-2 seconds after I released the scrub button.
The second one is harder to implement but will be even better: remove all circles from timestamp selected with scrubbing + 1-2 seconds after like in the practice mode of Beat Saber.

Yeah, I've wanted to add something like this.
Currently you can work around it by disabling Options > Gameplay > Mechanics > "Kill Player upon Failing".
I think a better solution is to just ignore drain completely after scrubbing until the first player-caused judgement occurs (i.e. you clicked an actual circle).
