Under a mixed-tech protomech construction, Extended LRMs can be installed at 4000kg, utilizing the same weight per tube rules as standard LRMs from the Tech Manual (6th printing, page 88).
Extended LRMs, under Tactical Operations: Advanced Units and Equipment (fourth printing, page 139), are not available to protomechs at all, and no update to the ELRM unit availability exists in Interstellar Operations
The same issue also applies to Enhanced LRMs (TO:AUE page 139), Binary Lasers (TO:AUE page 131, Bombast Lasers (TO;AUE page 132), VSP's (TO;AUE Page 133), Pulse Lasers (TO:AUE Page 133) and Laser AMS (TO:AUE Page 134), all of which can be installed to protomechs in megameklab
