MML should not allow splitting large ballistic weapons between torso and legs, per errata

Description

I was recently made aware of this errata:

However, although MML contains the updated record sheet, it will happily allow splitting the LB20-X in the Goliath 3S between the LT and the FLL, which should now be disallowed.

Expected: MML does not allow splitting e.g. an LB20-X cannon between LT and FLL on a Quad Mech.
Actual: it totally do.
