Using MML 0.47.4 under OS X, I can add as many seats (standard, pillion, or ejection) as I want to a support vehicle, and the price of the vehicle won't change. Unit Validation > Unit Cost Breakdown shows a cost for one seat of each kind I've installed, but does not include that in calculations.
