Using MML 0.47.4 on OS X with Java build 1.8.0_51-b16, the Unit Weight Breakdown window rounds all weights to the nearest tenth. This means paramedic gear shows up as 0.3 tons, while sprayers show up as 0.0 tons. According to the Small Items on Medium and Large Units rule (TM p. 137), we combine the masses of all small and medium items and round up to the nearest half ton at the end, so it shouldn't be rounding any of the individual weights at all.
