Using MML 0.47.9 on OS X, the new Size option for communication equipment doesn't seem to get factored into the cost. Communications equipment, for example, costs 10,000 c-bills whether you have a one-ton system or a ten-ton system. Having two one-ton systems costs the correct 20,000 c-bills, but one two-ton system costs only 10,000 c-bills. Apparently it does not apply to MASH gear or drone control systems. I'm not sure what other things have a Size option.
