If you as much as add the Direct Neural Interface to a 'mech, the TRO and Summary go blank. I have tested this in both Superheavy and combat industrial mechs, but i'm fairly certain it applies always. (vehicles can't use it, not sure about the rules there)
As a hint, I believe that it may be related to it being 0 tons and 0 slots, and that it doesn't get allocated anywhere. Maybe giving it a location in the cockpit-.carrying section would solve this.
