What is the situation with inbox infiniband drivers? #87

Hi,

The following page suggests that nv_peer_mem v1.1 works against inbox infiniband drivers, although doesn't mention which distributions:

Which distributions does it work against, please? I tried rhel 8.3 / ppc64le and got the same error reported in issue #86

For anyone else watching, "work" appears to mean "build"; see the comment on #86. MOFED required :-(.
