Update Keyring API reference according to the Accounts docs improvement plan:

  • Remove keyring-api submodule and TypeScript Docusaurus plugin
  • Add manual API reference with Keyring Client API methods (keyring_* methods), Keyring Interface API methods (EVM and ERC-4337 methods), and Keyring data structures. Include examples and context where applicable.
