[Bug]: wallet_addEthereumChain - MM stays loading indefinetly after triggering more than 1 wallet_addEthereumChain request and accepting one

Describe the bug

Whenever I trigger several times the same wallet_addEthereumChain from different dapps, if I confirm one of those requests, then MM stays loading indefinitely.

You can get out of this state only if you click the Reload extension button.

This is not happening in prod 12.5.0

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to test dapp
2. Trigger the wallet_addEthereumChain request
3. Go to https://docs.metamask.io/wallet/reference/json-rpc-methods/wallet_addethereumchain/
4. Trigger the wallet_addEthereumChain request
5. Navigate to the 2nd request
6. Accept the request
7. See MM loads indefinetly
