[Bug]: Deploy Contracts + STX - When I trigger 3 Deploy Contracts with STX on, after sending the first tx I can Confirm the 2nd right after, and the screen remains frozen at the 3rd tx until the 1st and 2nd one are confirmed

Describe the bug

When I trigger 3 Deploy Contracts with STX on, after sending the first tx I can Confirm the 2nd right after, and the screen remains frozen at the 3rd tx until the 1st and 2nd one are confirmed.

In the Activity list, I see the 1st tx Pending and the two other tx's as Unapproved, but the 2nd one is also approved already, as once the first tx goes through, the second one also goes through.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Smart Transactions from Advanced Settings
2. Go to the test dapp
3. Trigger 3 Deploy Contract transactions
4. Confirm the first one - see the button for Confirm the 2nd one is enabled
5. Confirm the second one
6. Now, you remain stuck in the 3rd transaction until the 1st and 2nd ones have been confirmed
