Describe the bug

Whenever I try to hit someone in any server, it doesn't register except it only works when I am spam jumping. I don't have to have any setting on for it do so either

Steps to reproduce

It happens when you are PvPing anyone in any server
In hypixel you can't move at all when you are fighting someone and keep rubber banding back
