We’re using Discussions as a place to connect with other members of our community. We hope that you:
Ask questions you’re wondering about.
Share ideas.
Engage with other community members.
What's the difference between Discussions and Issues?
Issues are being used to put forward and discuss specific, well, issues with regard to the Animal Audiogram Database.
This may concern, for example:
a specific bug
reporting errors in the data
suggesting new data for inclusion or
detailed description of a feature request.
Issues are good for anything that will, rather specifically, result in updating the data or interface of the Animal Audiogram Database.
Discussions are intended as a somewhat broader forum to
ask questions
share general ideas or
discuss subject matter in relation to the database content or interface
in more general terms - including questions about this repository.
Don't get discouraged by pondering if what you would like to contribute needs to be filed as an issue or a discussion - the most important thing is to contribute!
We'll make sure it will be placed where it is most helpful to the community, if need be.
Code of Conduct
Welcome others and are open-minded. Remember that this is a community we build together.
You're welcome to ask general questions about discussions in this discussion.
