Crashes with Prevue software on MiST and MiSTer

I admit this is an edge case with uncommon software, but it is an unusual crash with both MiSTer and MiST. Both crash differently. I only want to submit this for educational purposes that may help with accuracy.

The Prevue software, using the configuration mentioned here.... This software works fine on original hardware and WinUAE, and for those it reaches reaches the screen:

...but the MiSTer shows instead a half bright green or fully bright green screen when it reaches the loading screen. On MiST, video drops completely, as if the device has turned off and the monitor assumes no device is connected.

I believe the original Prevue software utilizes the NewTek Video Toaster for transparency of the top half of the screen, and that may be a clue to why it crashes unusually.

I will submit this particular bug to both MiSTer and MiST projects and try to cross reference it.
