Could you download the binary release of GoSungrow and run these commands:
The last one will be long. Not really required unless the first two come back with nothing. Make sure you remove any sensitive information! |

However, directly getting the details using the ps ID does work, so I have permission to view it and the devices exist |

@palla89 I logged into the online portal (https://portalau.isolarcloud.com/) and when looking at the details for devices I noticed the PsId was part of the URL |

After further tinkering, I've tried using my partner's login to see if that had the same issues and Home Assistant found the device. Looks like it only finds devices for the first person to add it to their account, even if you have access to it. Future enhancement, might be worth allowing people to manually add extra devices they have access to? I'd submit a PR but I've not worked with Go before |

@Tobbe82 not a proper fix, but the workaround is I'm using my partner's account login on Home Assistant and that picks up the device no worries. Despite me having access to it in my account it seems to only be recognised with the primary/original account holder |

I have the same problem. Our electrician owns the account. I am only logged in as administrator. Would be nice, if there is a way to manually add ps-ids in the config, when there is no way to autodiscover. |
I think I have the same issue, the company that installed my nuclear-plant on the roof is the first user and I am the second |

having the same problem. our vendor owns the account which it has access to the rest of their customer. sharing their account with me is not allowed. any workaround ? anyway that we can update the addons config json to hard bind it to a specific psid ? |

When will there be a option for the HA docker container to pass a specific ps ID, or more than one? To get it working? |
