DMA Engine With NTB_Netdev/NTB_Transport #14

Is there away to get the dma engine to work with ntb_netdev and ntb_transport in dma mode?

I've been able to get netdev/transport to work in non-dma (only getting 120 Mb/s) and am trying to now enable DMA. But I'm having issues.

I'm able to use ntb_perf, and am seeing 113 Gb/s in dma and 55 Gb/s in non dma.

I'm using a PFX chip and running on Ubuntu 20.04.
