Steps to reproduce

I have a published app in the Marketplace (via Microsoft Partner Center) and for Desktop (macOS included) and Android the app generates notifications correctly that show up as expected in the Activity tab but for Teams iOS I don't get any notifications at all.

At first I thought that they weren't working because I didn't have the Apple Team ID associated with my account, so I associated it and republished the app but still nothing.

I also tried to add the app as a local custom app instead and then I started receiving the notifications correctly but the deeplinks would send me to the install page for the published app instead of opening the custom app I had installed.

With this last test, I would assume that there is something missing related with the published app, since the app I added locally as a custom app is exactly the same package and it works.

Do you have any idea on why this is happening? I have been stuck with this for weeks now.

Expected behavior

I expect for the Teams app to receive the notifications (Activity tab) related to my published app on iOS in the same way it receives those notifications on Desktop or Android.

Actual behavior

On Teams iOS (only) there are no notifications being shown in the Activity tab. Just when the app installed is the published one, if it is added as a local custom app, it works as intended.

@diogoribeiro23 - Sorry for the delay. We have tested this at our end. But we are not getting filter options on desktop teams client.

We have tested this on Teams desktop client version 24137.2216.2931.2440.

Could you please share your Teams desktop version, iOS version and iOS Teams version?

@Nivedipa-MSFT - I am not sure I understand what you mean by "not getting filter options" (the relation with the reported issue).

Here are all the versions requested:
Teams Desktop: 24152.405.2925.6762
iOS: 17.5.1
iOS Teams: 6.10.1 (Build 6.10.77.2024102601/0601)
