As I understand, startupActions is a preview feature for 1.6 microsoft/terminal#9101 (comment)

However it is not described as a preview feature in the docs

In contrast with other features like 'Center on launch'.

I'm sure 1.6 will be out soon, but for now it's a bit confusing :)
