Hi!

The readme mentions that an email to the LOTW admins about publishing the root certs in a standard location went unanswered. I recently discovered this mailing list and it looks active - was that the list you used? If not it looks active and might yield better results:

This is still up in my queue to do, but with the way LoTW is down so hard right now, I suspect it's getting delayed further. :)
