Causes instant reload when single module is toggled in the module manager #32

As per title.

With Find the Culprit enabled, toggling single module causes Foundry to refresh instantly, skipping the confirmation dialog.

This does not happen when toggling multiple modules or when FtC is not enabled itself.

To clarify, this happens if the process of finding the culprit isn't ongoing.

This was fixed on the side by #33 (and 1.4.5 release)
