Different indents for unordered and ordered list #299

I am using your library to provide a RichTextEditor and I noticed that the indents of the ordered and unordered list behave differently.

In general the unordered list works perfectly, on the other hand the ordered list has some issues:

The numbers for each row are not aligned properly (like the unordered list)
The text sometimes goes under the starting number, instead of staying at the end of it.

Is it a bug or can I fix it? Thank you
