User Story: US7
Acceptance Criteria:

  • Help button placed next to:
    • Property window when a Units is selected
    • Add Units Child button
    • Add Units form
  • When clicked on help button:
    • Provides short description on what attributes are allowed and meaning
      • Name
      • Import source if imported Units
      • Reference if imported Units
    • Provides link to Normative Specification PDF page 10
