somewhat depends on aspects of #1 since each game board should be separate and downloadable

actually this doesnt neceserily depend on #1, it could just be implemented as a different/better UI for the "select a game" dropdown that allows people to see descriptions/tags for each game mode.

this would also turn the board creation process into more of a 2-stage thing where you select the board and get redirected to the screen with the rest of the settings for that game
