Add the ability to have full-screen notices for:

Event posters
Potentially use for local ads that may generate income for Mosque

Few questions:

Where will these images be stored?
How will we make sure that it is the right size? Do we care? Should it just be stretched to fill the screen?
Do these posters show on mobile?
