MP4 files via email

Working on sending email alerts via python to a mailbox, have a few issues on 4.6.1 (4.7 isnt available for my pi)

1. the one event seems to only fire once
2. on_movie_end seems to send a faulty MP4 80% of the time or prematurely before the file is complete...I even added a 10 sec sleep...if I manually kick off the email script, it is good
