Table Filter

I had a request to add a table filter/search. I may just make a quick widget, but it wouldn't work very well along side of the pager plugin. So, I'm opening this ticket to remind me to make a better version.

I ended up modifying the pager plugin by adding an option to removeRows, which is true by defaut and makes sorting much faster on very large tables.

If you set removeRows to false, all table rows that aren't visible are only hidden (display: none) instead of completely removed. So now the filter widget should work as designed, but sorting very large tables will be slower =(.
