jquery theme icons are not where they should be (with firefox), http://mottie.github.com/tablesorter/docs/themes.html

yep fixed. bootstrap gradiant in the header is a bit too subtle.. #fff to #f5f5f5 (whiteSmoke) is a little too light. #fff to #eaeaea looks a bit better..
