Some snippet fields shouldn’t be localized

I noticed a few snippet fields shouldn’t be localized, because they are names only used in the CMS admin, or technical data that must not be altered (Tito release ID, for instance).

Please make the following fields Synchronized instead of Translatable:

• "name" in Ticket snippet. Example
• "name" in BlogSignUp snippet. Example
• "release" in Tito widget (string currently extracted as part of the MozFest Tickets page). Example
