for simple classification task we used the TF's built in 'accuracy' metric as there was no need to write a separate script for that. As for panoptic quantity metric that can be found here

@Mr-TalhaIlyas , I couldn't able to locate code for calculating detection based metrics? Did you consider 12-pixel constraint in calculating detection based metrics. Can you please help me to understand the detection based metrics calculation.
