Differential expression results for each cell type vs the rest

This .csv file contains 748214 rows × 9 columns with the results of performing differential expression with scVI for each of the 37 cell types defined by the original Packer paper annotations vs the rest of the cells, for all 20222 genes (27*20222 =748214).

The entries are:

cell_type: a string with the cell types as annotated in the paper
gene_id: the WormBase gene ID
gene_name: the human readable gene name
gene_description: the short gene description from WormBase
bayes_factor_cluster: The Bayes factor computed by scVI when comparing the expression in that cluster with the other tissues
cluster_normalized_mean_expression_factor: The normalized expression value calculated by scVI for that cell type
overall_normalized_mean_expression_factor: The normalized expression value calculated by scVI for everyone else
log_1p_normalized_cluster_mean_expression_factor: 1 + log_10(x) where x is the above
log_1p_normalized_overall_mean_expression_factor: 1 + log_10(x) where x is the above
