💡 Description

the registry-ref-data repository now contains and publish the test dataset https://github.com/NASA-PDS/registry-ref-data/
postman tests a re-initialized for the new test datasets , see PR Test reference dataset pulled from github, Postman tests re-initialized #229
test suite on testrail is created with the postman tests , see https://cae-testrail.jpl.nasa.gov/testrail/index.php?/suites/view/24324&group_by=cases:section_id&group_order=asc
registry-loader is updated to work with the new test datasets, see PR Add test dataset, clean test data directory before docker starts registry-loader#33
