Add links to search results

As a user, I want to be able to click on the projects in the search result list so that I can find out which one to choose.

Additional context

Searching for a keyword can bring up multiple identically named projects if the PI has applied multiple times. I would like to know which one of those is the active one.

Example: Search for "her2" and three identically named projects will show up.

Suggestion

Add a symbol to the right in the drop down that can be clicked on to get to the issue in redmine.

Suggestion to solve this issue is to make sure that closed issues won't show up in the result list.
